As I’ve mentioned before, I’m quite psychic.  I was born with a sixth sense, much like the way my friend Rusty was born with a sixth toe on each foot.  And just as his extra digits come in handy when he goes swimming underwater, my extra sense comes in handy when I’m making predictions about the outcome of “America’s Next Top Model.”

After last night’s episode, I was looking at the group photo (posted above) to see if I could get a sense of what was going to happen this cycle.  With Gabrielle and Naduah already eliminated (and Ren on her way next week if you believe the previews on the CW website), that leaves a cluster of ten girls in the photo.  I suppose that the rest of the eliminations will pick off girls evenly from the photo.  During Cycle 13, the remaining contestants formed a distinct pack on one side of the photo, and Tyra and company don’t seem to follow the same pattern two cycles in a row.  So I’m going to go ahead and predict that the next few eliminations will be spotty.

I can’t see Simone getting the boot too early because she’s gorgeous, so starting with her as a finalist, I’ll pick every second girl to come up with a speculative group of finalists.  That means Simone, Brenda, Alexandra, Jessica and Anslee will make up the top five.

I guess there’s more logic in that prediction than actual psychic ability, but don’t doubt the preternatural power of my sixth sense.  After this prediction is proven to be accurate, you don’t want me to hang up the phone when you’re going through a crisis and calling my 1-800 psychic hotline, do you?  Do you?
